Ways to participate at the IAA Summit
Choose from participation opportunities, targeted networking formats, and sponsorship packages for your presence at the IAA Summit 2027.
The IAA MOBILITY Stand Packages offer a seamless, low-barrier entry to the
IAA Summit. Stand construction, mandatory services, and all essential costs are included. Four package types are available in two stand sizes: 25 sqm as a row stand and 40 sqm as a corner stand. The packages provide cost transparency and reduce the need to order essential services separately.
The cost-effective all-inclusive Startup Packages offer startups a unique opportunity to present themselves at this leading event. Choose between three package sizes: 4 sqm, 9 sqm, and 16 sqm, and present your innovations in one of up to four centrally located Startup Areas with high visitor numbers.
Stand construction, mandatory services, and all essential costs are included. The packages provide cost transparency and reduce the need to order essential services separately.
Selected Smart Infrastructure and Smart City projects can be presented as part of the Yellow Forum networking area at the IAA Summit. The offer includes a presentation within the Smart Infrastructure area, a listing in the online exhibitor directory, two IAA Summit full-event tickets, and a project presentation on stage during a special session of the Yellow Forum. A 42-inch display for digital content can be booked at an additional cost.
The IAA MOBILITY Networking Tours put your innovation in the spotlight. An experienced industry expert guides an international group of up to 25 participants to a maximum of seven exhibitors whose solutions match the selected topic. Each exhibitor has ten minutes at their stand to present their solution and engage in discussion with the participants. The tours are conducted in English.
At the IAA MOBILITY Speed Talks, exhibitors and visitors meet in short, focused one-on-one conversations. Participants are matched based on their interests, enabling them to establish relevant connections quickly and efficiently. Two sessions take place each day, and participation is free of charge. Registration is available through the official IAA MOBILITY Ticket Shop, and spaces are limited.
The approximately 200 sqm Networking Area combines a lounge area with relaxing and working spaces for attendees of the IAA Summit. It is also the venue for the daily Speed Talks and the starting point for every Networking Tour. The sponsorship package includes exclusive naming rights, selected branding elements, hosted networking sessions, a branded welcome desk, and the opportunity to hold an exclusive evening event.
The Social Areas provide relaxing, networking, and working spaces for attendees of the IAA Summit. Companies can become a sponsor of a Startup Lounge, a Coworking Space, or a Classic Lounge. The areas cover approximately 50 to 150 sqm. The sponsorship package includes exclusive naming rights, selected brand integration, visibility through IAA MOBILITY B2B communication channels, and an IAA Summit ticket allowance.
The approximately 100 sqm Recharge Area gives trade visitors the opportunity to charge their digital devices while using the space as a quiet retreat from the activity of the IAA Summit. It combines relaxing, networking, and working spaces. The sponsorship package includes exclusive naming rights, selected brand integration, hosted sessions, five guaranteed seats at the Battery Tech & Charging Speed Talk, and an IAA Summit ticket allowance.
The Startup Get Together is an exclusive event organized by the sponsor in collaboration with the IAA MOBILITY team. It brings together startups, corporates, investors, and venture capitalists in a relaxed atmosphere. The event is scheduled to take place immediately after another startup event on a Conference stage, allowing participants and visitors to continue networking directly afterwards.
