The IAA Conference offers a variety of venues for keynotes, panels, focused discussions, workshops, roundtables, and face-to-face networking.
With a capacity of 500 attendees, the Main Stage is the largest stage at the IAA Conference. It brings together a high-caliber audience with a strong presence of C-level executives and political decision-makers. The program focuses on key geopolitical, industrial policy, and technology-driven topics.
The Summit Stage is the second-largest stage and features an open, accessible setting for up to 150 attendees. Its program covers a broad mix of topics from across the mobility industry, with a focus on Battery Technology & Charging and Industry Transformation.
The Yellow Forum accommodates up to 100 attendees in a colosseum-style setting. Its circular design creates a focused, personal atmosphere that encourages active audience participation. An adjacent networking and coffee bar area provides space for more in-depth conversations and meaningful connections.
The Blue Forum is an open-concept space designed to encourage interaction and collaboration. With a capacity of up to 80 attendees, it provides an intimate setting for focused discussions and interactive formats. It also features an integrated networking area and coffee bar.
The Orange Forum is a flexible stage format for up to 80 attendees that can be tailored to the sponsor’s individual goals and content. The sponsor is fully responsible for the concept, design, implementation, and construction of the stage. An integrated networking area and coffee bar provide the ideal setting for face-to-face conversations and valuable new connections.
The Masterclass Room is a controlled-access space for deep dives, workshops, and exclusive roundtables. Depending on the format, it accommodates up to 40 attendees and provides a focused environment for in-depth discussions, expert sessions, and high-quality networking.
The Speakers’ Lounge is an exclusive space for relaxing, networking, and one-on-one conversations. It accommodates up to 50 guests and combines a lounge area, coffee bar, and meeting room, providing speakers with the ideal setting before and after their sessions.
