The IAA Conference is one of the globally leading conference formats in the mobility sector. Across multiple stages and dialogue-driven forums, we bring together high-level decision-makers, innovation leaders, and representatives from business, politics, academia, and society.
In terms of content, the conference program reflects the full breadth of IAA MOBILITY’s key topics. At the same time, this year we are setting curated focus areas centered around key transformation fields. These include: Geopolitics & Supply Chain, Autonomous Driving & ADAS, AI at Scale & Software-Defined Vehicles, Cycling & Micromobility, Charging & Battery Technologies, Smart City Mobility, Industry Transformation, Female Leadership, and Startups. Submissions beyond these focus areas are also welcome, provided they demonstrate a relevant, forward-looking connection to mobility and can be aligned with the overarching key themes.
Important note:
- No Advertising
For both the Call for Speakers for the content curation on stage and forum, as well as for Masterclass formats, we do not accept purely promotional presentations, product pitches, or otherwise sales-driven content. The focus must be on substantive, inspiring, and insight-driven contributions that provide clear added value to the professional audience.
- Non-Binding Application
Submitting the form does not constitute a binding registration for either you or us. After the selection process, the IAA Conference Team will let you know whether your application has been accepted.
- Confidentiality
Your application will be treated confidentially. By submitting your application, you authorize us to contact you using the contact details you provided to inform you of its status.
- Exhibitors receive a 10% discount
on the Call for Speakers and the Call for Masterclasses; the Corporate Reverse Pitch is free of charge for exhibitors at IAA MOBILITY 2027 on a one-time basis

Approval by January 31, 2027
Successful applicants receive an official confirmation, comprehensive briefing materials, technical specifications and information for preparation, logistics and travel.

Once confirmed, the masterclass date is published and participants can apply through the official registration process.
Pre-registration supports thematic fit and a strong learning intent.

Starting August 15, 2027
Hosts select participants to ensure a focused, high-quality learning experience.
The format is delivered as an interactive, impact-driven session aligned with the selected masterclass type.
Call for Corporate Reverse Pitch
Apply for the Corporate Reverse Pitch and present your mobility challenges to an audience of innovative mobility startups and technology providers ready to help you achieve your goals.
Position your organization as a driver of the future of mobility and connect directly with solution partners who can accelerate your transformation.
Each pitch will be followed by an interactive Q&A session. After the pitches, there will be dedicated time for exchange within the Networking Area of the Forum.
