The IAA Conference program is online!
With over 500 top-class visionaries, stakeholders and decision-makers, the IAA Conference, international conference of IAA MOBILITY, is the most important international forum for visitors from all areas of the mobility industry. The schedule for the IAA Conference, released today, reveals an ernomus interest in topics related to climate-friendly and digital mobility.
During the IAA Summit, the IAA Conference will provide cutting-edge perspectives on future mobility and will facilitate direct interactions with globally recognized experts. This will take place across three platforms and within two dialog zones, namely the "Visionary Clubhouse" and the "Smart Mobility Space". The event is going to be held at Munich Exhibition Center from September 5 to 8.
Topics such as connectivity & data, sustainability, and urban mobility present an all-inclusive agenda addressing future mobility challenges. Over the course of four days, attendees are invited to engage through keynotes, sessions, and fireside chats, providing ample opportunities for networking.
All topics will be covered on all days, giving visitors to the IAA Summit the opportunity to take part in the mobility debate. The focus will be on socio-political discourse and critical dialog, as well as the presentation of socially relevant and diverse topics. In addition to high-ranking speakers from the automotive industry such as Oliver Blume (CEO of Volkswagen), Stefan Hartung (CEO of Bosch), Martin Brudermühler (CEO of BASF), Arndt Franz (CEO of Mahle), Dr. Brian Hongdi Gu (Vice Chairman Xpeng), Thomas Ingenlath (CEO Polestar) and Nikolai Setzer (CEO Continental), representatives of other mobility companies such as Sandra Wolf (CEO of the Hessian bicycle manufacturer Riese & Müller) and Carsten Spohr (Chairman of the Executive Board of the Lufthansa Group), as well as big names from the world of technology such as Cristiano Amon (CEO Qualcomm) and Jochen Hanebeck (CEO Infineon). Speakers at the IAA inauguration include German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and Hildegard Müller (President of the VDA).
Additionally, influential mobility experts such as Roger Atkins (founder of Electric Vehicle Outlook) will hold a keynote, and visitors can look forward to key opinion leaders such as Alyssa Carson. The 22-year-old is the first person to attend and graduate from all three NASA camps in the world. She was also the first to complete the NASA Passport Program. She is one of seven ambassadors for Mars One, a mission to establish a human colony on Mars in 2030.
The majority of the program sessions will be in English and the content is curated by the IAA Conference team with the support of notable partners. These include the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Drees & Sommer, the European Institute of Innovation & Technology (EIT), the MIT Mobility Initiative, PWC's Smart Mobility Space, the University of St. Gallen, the World Economic Forum (WEF), and the Women in Mobility network.
