Porsche is further expanding its electric SUV family with the addition of a new variant: the Cayenne S Electric. Positioned between the entry-level electric Cayenne and the high-performance Turbo model, this new version is designed to strike a balance between track-ready performance and everyday utility.

The Cayenne S Electric features a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system delivering a steady 544 hp (400 kW). When Launch Control is engaged, output surges to a peak of 666 hp (490 kW). To handle that power, Porsche offers a suite of optional performance upgrades, including Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus, the Porsche Active Ride suspension system, and Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB). Additionally, the optional Sport Chrono Package includes a "Push-to-Pass" function for immediate bursts of extra power.

At the core of the electric Cayenne lineup is a newly developed 113 kWh high-voltage battery. This pack is integrated directly into the vehicle's frame, serving as a structural component that enhances both energy efficiency and overall vehicle packaging.
Thanks to Porsche’s 800-volt architecture, the system supports ultra-fast charging at speeds of up to 400 kW. Under ideal conditions, the battery can be charged from 10% to 80% in approximately 16 minutes. As for range, Porsche estimates that the electric Cayenne models will be capable of covering over 370 miles (600 km) on a single charge.
