Registration for Press Conferences & Events

The press conferences and events at IAA MOBILITY are scheduled for September 8 at the IAA Summit and will each last a maximum of 20 minutes. They will take place between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM. If you wish to host a press conference or a similar event at your booth, there will be no costs involved.

If you prefer a different location, you can book one of the Conference Stages, the Visionary Clubhouse, or the Congress Center. Detailed information is available in our brochure. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If we need additional information or if you would like to book a stage, we will reach out to you. The deadline to book a stage is June 27.

Registrations will be integrated into a schedule by the VDA, which will be shared with all registered exhibitors in July. If necessary, changes can be made later on. In August, the schedule will be published on the IAA website and sent to all accredited journalists. The registration deadline is July 11.
