In a few days the IAA MOBILITY will start in Munich. The world's most important companies from all forms of mobility will be there, including many from outside the automotive industry. At the IAA Open Space, we present ten IAA highlights where you can take a break from the world of cars at the IAA MOBILITY.  

IAA Open Space: Bicycle test track in the English Garden   

For the first time, you can try out bicycles and micromobility products from various exhibitors in the English Garden on two signposted routes of varying lengths on the bicycle test track. On routes of up to 3.8 km in the English Garden, you can explore Munich's largest and most beautiful park with the latest bicycles and e-bikes. The participating manufacturers will be present at various locations in the IAA Open Space. A visualization of both routes can be found in our official IAA MOBILITY App.   

IAA Open Space: Pop-up pump track    

If you want to test your skills on two wheels, your balance or how well you control your bike, the S'COOL pump track is the place to be! The pump track is like a big city bike course. It combines hills and rollers into a test track that creates a fun but safe environment to take kids' biking skills to the next level.    

IAA Open Space: Cycling Activation Area in the Ludwigstrasse   

The IAA Open Space in Ludwigstrasse is also home to the Cycling Activation Area, which offers cycling fun for the whole family. - From pedelec courses for seniors to BMX tips for kids. You can also look forward to appearances by the German Bicycle Team. Among them: the newly crowned world champion in artistic cycling, Ramona Dandl. There will also be a small ramp park where you can land safely on an airbag.    

IAA Open Space: Guided Bike Tours   

In cooperation with the local galleries organizing the Open Art Festival (September 8-10) and Biketour.guide, bike tours through Munich will be offered. An opportunity to see the city's sights with a knowledgeable guide, including stops at several art museums, such as the "The Bicycle" exhibition at the Pinakothek der Moderne.   

IAA Open Space: Velo Concerts  

Velo Concerts offers two unique mobile stages for artists in the IAA Open Space, which can be transported by cargo bike and set up in just a few minutes. They will be located at two locations - Ludwigsstraße and Hofgartenstraße - and will literally be the platforms for a variety of performances - from concerts to talks and performances.   

No matter what you choose, IAA MOBILITY offers countless opportunities to discover the mobility of tomorrow.
