As an official Cooperation Partner of IAA MOBILITY 2025, the Motorworld Group will take center stage during the Motorworld Mobility Days, held from September 9 to 14 at Motorworld Munich – with a diverse program and free admission throughout the week.

IAA Open Space: Iconic Cars on Display at Königsplatz

From September 9 to 14, Motorworld will be on-site at Munich’s iconic Königsplatz, part of the IAA MOBILITY Open Space, where it will showcase a selection of spectacular vehicles.

IAA Summit: Business Meets Passion

Motorworld will also have a presence at the IAA Summit, the core B2B event of IAA MOBILITY held at Messe München. From September 9 to 12 (plus Press Day on September 8), trade visitors and media are invited to visit the Motorworld booth in Hall A3, Stand B22.

Motorworld Mobility Days at Motorworld Munich

Motorworld Book Award & Carspotter Award
Celebrating its 20th edition this year, the Motorworld Book Award honors outstanding publications on automotive culture and mobility. The award ceremony takes place on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at 2:00 PM inside the impressive Lokhalle at Motorworld Munich – the perfect backdrop during IAA MOBILITY and the Mobility Days.

Immediately after, Motorworld will host the Carspotter Award, recognizing the three most exciting automotive-themed photographs submitted by enthusiasts and amateur photographers. Submissions are open until August 31, 2025. For more info, visit: Motorworld Carspotter Award.

Motorworld GRID: Start in Pole Position
From September 12 to 14, visitors can experience pure automotive passion at the Motorworld GRID, the perfect kickoff point for heading toward the IAA Open Space via Motorworld’s exclusive VIP parking near Königsplatz. With racetrack-style staging and live commentary, the GRID offers a unique showcase for owners to present their vehicles. Registration at: Motorworld GRID.

GRID Party: Beats & Engines
Following the GRID on Friday and Saturday (September 12 & 13), the party continues at Motorworld Munich: starting at 5:00 PM, the area in front of the Motorworld Inn transforms into a DJ-powered open-air celebration. Drinks and snacks are available at the Motorworld Inn bar. Free entry, no registration required.

Motortreff: A Celebration of Mobility in All Its Forms
From September 13 to 14 (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM), the Motorworld Motortreff invites fans to a brand-open gathering of classic cars, youngtimers, motorcycles, supercars, and hypercars. A standout highlight: an original BMW Sauber Formula 1 car from 2007.

A true IAA-exclusive experience awaits with the indoor GRID drive-through, allowing participants to cruise through the hall in groups of 15 and stop for a photo op. Register at Motortreff Drive-Through. Guests without their own car can book a special ride through Hot Rod Fun.

Young and old racing fans alike can show off their skills on the Carrera slot car track, while Motorworld also offers free guided tours every two hours between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
