Climate Protection Commitment

As part of the IAA MOBILITY 2025, Open Space exhibitors are obliged to make a financial climate protection contribution for the CO₂ emissions caused by the trade fair appearance. More information can be found in the guidelines for presentation in the Open Space. In addition to the obligation in the Open Space, we also recommend all Summit exhibitors to participate the GoGreen CO₂ audit, which is offered in cooperation with our service partner myclimate Deutschland gGmbH (myclimate). Myclimate will support you by providing a detailed questionnaire to collect the relevant data. This data will then be checked, verified and evaluated by myclimate to provide a well-founded analysis of the CO₂ emissions caused by the trade fair appearance. The calculation of the CO₂ emissions generated by the trade fair appearance costs €650 (excluding VAT). If you have already created a CO2 balance for the trade fair appearance, you can also have this checked by myclimate for €650 (excluding VAT). Our guidelines give you an overview of the data to be collected and the calculation basis.

You can voluntarily support certified climate protection projects by myclimate in the amount of the calculated CO₂ emissions. This amount does not compensate for the CO₂ emissions caused by the trade fair appearance but serves as financial support for climate protection and climate adaptation measures.

Choose which climate protection project you would like to support. Alternatively, you can also support a different climate protection project of your choice.  

The costs for the climate protection contribution will be invoiced separately by myclimate. After the process is complete, you will receive an official certificate from myclimate documenting the contribution to the supported climate protection projects.
