At the FAMILY TRAIL, IAA MOBILITY 2025 becomes an adventure for the whole family. Together with mascot Liaa, you’ll embark on a discovery tour — with lots of hands-on activities, exciting stations, and plenty of fun centered around the mobility of tomorrow. Using a stamp card, you’ll collect stamps at four stations and exchange them for an exclusive Liaa medal.
All of this awaits you from September 9 to 14, 2025 at the IAA Open Space in downtown Munich — free of charge, right in the heart of the city, with a colorful family program on the stage at Königsplatz.

The Family Trail is an interactive experience in the IAA Open Space at IAA MOBILITY 2025 in Munich. Families with children can explore a fun course with a variety of stations featuring games, movement, sustainable mobility, and hands-on technology.
For families with children aged around 4–12 — but older kids and young-at-heart adults are welcome too!
The Family Trail takes place from September 9 to 14 throughout downtown Munich. You’ll recognize the stations by the Liaa symbol. A map with all the stations will soon be available on our website and as a printed brochure.
