Open-air concerts:
Please book a free ticket for yourself through the ticket shop. You and one companion will be allocated a spot on our elevated wheelchair user platform.

Daily program:
The stage program is accessible without barriers and chairs can be provided at any time. The organizing team is located nearby - feel free to approach us.

Available contingent of tickets: 5,000 tickets.

Please note: The event area has a limited capacity. Access will therefore only be granted within the officially approved spectator capacity. If the spectator capacity is exceeded, access may be restricted at any time and the ticket may lose its validity. As this is a free ticket, the ticket holder has no claims arising from this. The IAA MOBILITY 2023 regulations on space and use apply.

Please have either your mobile ticket on your smartphone or a printout of your print@home ticket ready for admission on site. This ticket can only be used by you personally and will be electronically checked upon entering the concert.

Please note: The event area has a limited capacity. Access is therefore only granted within the scope of the officially approved audience capacities. If the audience capacity is exceeded, access can be restricted at any time and the ticket can lose its validity. Since this is a free ticket, the ticket holder has no rights due to this. The site and use regulations of the IAA MOBILITY 2023 apply.

From 8:00 PM (concert start), the ticket loses its validity and therefore its access authorization.

Access to the concert is only possible with a valid and intact entry wristband provided by the organizer. The wristbands can be obtained at the entrance upon presentation of the ticket. Upon receiving the wristband, the ticket will be invalidated and will no longer be valid.

Program changes may occur at concerts. In the event of the cancellation of individual artists/groups, the organizer will make efforts to provide suitable replacements. However, the visitor does not have any claims due to the cancellation of artists/groups.

Purchased tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes. In this case, the tickets lose their validity.

Access to the event is only possible via Luisenstraße (Propyläen / Stadttor). Brienner Straße, Arcisstraße, and Katharina-von-Bora-Straße are closed. During the admission process, thorough checks will be conducted. Limiting the items to essential belongings (such as a mobile phone, keychain, and wallet) will facilitate the work of security personnel and reduce waiting times at the entrance controls. Considering the enhanced security measures, we kindly ask you to account for potential longer waiting times in your schedule and arrive in a timely manner.

• Maximum allowed bag size: DIN A4 (29.5cm x 21cm)
• No bag drop-off available on-site!

For security reasons, the following items are prohibited:

• Items of any kind prohibited by law (e.g. drugs)
• Weapons of all kinds
• Other potentially dangerous objects such as pyrotechnic objects (including sparklers), laser pointers, studded belts and chains (e.g. on wallets), objects that can be punched, slashed, cut or thrown, any pole made of wood or metal.
• Bags, backpacks, handbags larger than DIN A4
• Helmets, bulky items such as stools
• Containers of all kinds (e.g. made of glass)
• Spray cans (also deodorants or hairsprays)
• Tape recorders, film, video and photo cameras (only small cameras and mobile phones are permitted)
• Selfie sticks, laptops, tablets
• Animals of all kinds (including service animals)
• Food, beverages and beverage packaging
• All items that could serve to impede the regular course of the event
• Please dress appropriately for the weather forecast (e.g. raincoats for rainy weather). Umbrellas are not allowed (including compact umbrellas).

Prohibited items will be confiscated, and no claims can be made against the organizer for any potential loss of these items.

The organizer has the right to deny entry to the event if the visitor is unwilling to surrender the aforementioned items at the entrance control.

Please observe the following youth protection regulations:

Children under 6 years old are not allowed entry. Adolescents under 14 years old may only attend the concert accompanied by a person with legal representation. All adolescents over 14 years old should be able to provide identification with a child or student ID. Otherwise, access to the concert may be denied.

There are no parking facilities available on-site! Please use public transportation!

The concert starts at 20:00 in each case. Admission begins at 18:30. Admission only with valid ticket! Visitors can obtain the free tickets via the IAA MOBILITY website - only while stocks last, access is limited. From 20:00 (concert start) the ticket loses its validity and thus its access authorization..
